Estimated standard shipping time is:

USA: 4-7 working days.

Canada:7-20 working days.

European Union: 3-10 working days (products will ship from the EU to EU countries).

Everywhere else: 10-30 working days.

Products ship from the USA worldwide and we work with different carriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS, or FedEx to ensure the best delivery times for each order.

All orders are sent to print as soon as they are placed and this process can not be stopped so the order can't be canceled. If the wrong address was added, please contact us.

We accept returns on wrong or faulty items. Please contact us and we will solve the problem asap, please do not send any item back without hearing from us first. 

Non wrong or faulty items can not be returned or refunded.

We have selected the most popular sizes that will fit most people:

• Necklaces: 18 Inch (45cm).
• Cord Bracelets: (one size fits all) 6.1''–10.8'' (15.5–27.5 cm).
• Chain Bracelets: 7 Inch (17.7cm).

We hope we can expand our collection in the future but curently only offer the most used worldwide. If ordering as a gift, we recommend comparing with your own size and seeing if it will be a fit. If the size runs small, you can always use a chain extensor. If the size runs big, we recommend taking it to a local jewelry store to cut the chain shorter. We are unable to do any size changes at the moment. Thank you for understanding.

We currently accept payments made by paypal and credit cards via shopify payments. Both options are secure and admit Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as debit or credit cards such as American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, or Shop Pay.

We currently are able to offer free shipping on all orders. 

Any active discounts will be available in the shop and be calculated automatically at checkout.

We can ship to PO Boxes.

Please contact us if you need your order delivered to a military address.

Unless stated, all of our products ship from the USA. If sent to the USA, there will not be any import fees as it does not cross any border.

If you're in the EU, our products will ship from the EU and will not incur import fees. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and it's required by law for you to accept them. Customs determines the charge which can vary per country and products purchased. Vauus is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service. If the customer does not pay them and the items are returned, no refund can be given to the customer, including shipping costs.
